Gilbert Mail Service was founded in 1924 as Gilbert Duplicating Service by Hal Gilbert. Since then Gilbert Mail Service has continued taking pride in providing quality printing, mailing and fulfillment services for businesses, organizations and individuals.
The first equipment included a typewriter, multigraph, mimeograph and addressograph. Production was dedicated to letters, postcard mailings and things that could be produced simply. My, how we've grown! We now have the ability to offer a complete line of printing and mailing services.
Our deep roots in the community have given us the foundation on which our family owned and operated business has continued to grow. The focus of all Gilbert Mail Service employees is to help our clients get the most benefit from our services at the level that is appropriate for them and to be a reliable partner in their direct mail projects.
This extensive history can be directly attributed to the long term relationships we have developed with our clients. Personal, professional and prompt service has always been the standard that we adhere to. Our founder Hal Gilbert closed a sales letter he had written in 1924 with “Whenever we may be of service to your organization, we are, at your Command, Gilbert Duplicating Service”. Despite the fact that the name and times may now differ from Gilbert Mail Service’s beginnings this sentiment still holds to be true today.
